"It was first time booking on Zehnotels.com. I never heard about it before. But I found rates attractive there. I made a fully paid booking, got confirmation immediately to my e-mail and everything seemed good to me. But then I got a message saying that I have 2 similar booking, non-refundable. It shocked me a lot. I called Zenhotels and asked to clarify the situation. Someone from the stuff was so polite and attentive. He called the hotel and managed to cancel one booking free of charge. I was too satisfied with such service."
"I had a booking through Zenhotels, our flight was cancelled due to weather and we were unable to reach the hotel, so I called to cancel my reservation about 7 pm local time. The booking was under cancellation penalty already, which I did not realize until I received an email confirming the cancelation. I was annoyed as I had to cancel not because of my own mistake and still was charged, so i sent a very unpleasant letter to their customer support. Later that day, I got an email from them saying that even though there was a cancellation fee, they had asked the hotel to make an exception were not going to charge me! I was impressed by their quick and polite answer to my complaint and by the solvation!"
"I was forced to stay in Berlin one more day during my business trip, so I needed a cheap and comfortable option as soon as possible. I've noticed that several hotels I liked had the cheapest price at ZenHotels, so I booked one. At first I was very worried, because when I called the hotel on my way to it, they didn't find the reservation. However by the time I arrived at the property they've already received the confirmation and accomodated me on the highest floor with the nice view at the city. The customer service also gave me an invoice when I asked them for the next week after my trip. I'll definitely use the website again if they give me the best price."
