Just received costume and am not happy with it because I specifically said to make with open face aperture. Please see comments under remarks after measurements.  I wanted face to be open so that I could do face painting. Here is a picture of my daughter in her costume and  I specifically asked for open face aperture as listed under your custom list, here shown in her picture she has a mask.  The way I ordered costume is how it is shown in picture with the black costume with face completely open. We were planning on face painting her face because she does not like the mask sewn into outfit.  Thank you for your quick response.

That was not an option to choose on the children's customization, that is why I wrote it under comments.  I would have paid for it if your system would have given me that option.  It does give that option under the adult costume but not the childrens costume.  This was an error on your part not mine. Someone should be reading the comments section on the orders. If you knew that it was an additional charge then you should have brought that up when you first asked for my measurements again.  I am not gonna pay more to have it altered! Here is a screen shot of your website with options on childrens suit. There is no option for open face aperture for $2.

Thanks for your email. Ad for the suit is already with open eyes and mouth, we don't add open face option. We did not charge you extra fee for this.Please  use the scissor to cut the extra cloth on the face.
