"I ordered a product and there was an issue with billing my credit card. Everything was entered correctly, but their web system couldn't process the payment. As a result I tried contacting them.
This place is terrible. Poor to non-existent customer service. Phone tree says you're in line, but when you get to #1, you get to voicemail. Good luck getting a response or matter resolved by phone or email. I would definitely stay away from this place.
What's also funny if you look at the past reviews for this place. Every time there's a poor rating with a long detail description, it's always followed by a 1-2 line review saying how everything was great. I call BS on that, haha."

"Avoid this company at all cost! They said they would ship overnight. My son, using his own money, purchased a whole gun/hopper/air tank set up and was told it would arrive overnight. He even paid the $19 it would cost to ship overnight.
Well, I guess to Zephyr Sports, overnight is not really overnight, even if you pay for overnight shipping. When the gun did not arrive overnight, we call customer service. After working through the typical phone tree run-around, we finally talked to a real person who started by being very helpful. He even said their policy stated it would ship overnight and the gun did not ship. We actually never received the gun. So, Zephyr Sports agreed to refund the cost of the purchase, minus the $19 for overnight shipping. They would not refund the extra money they charged for the overnight shipping on a purchase they did not ship. We call about this too and we were told by senior management that their new policy was not to refund overnight shipping fees. "Sorry". That was their policy. Funny an On-Line based store would not refund a fee that they collect for shipping on products they don't ship.
So DO NOT buy anything from this store. On a $250 order they kept their $19 shipping fee. Unbelievable.
Support your local store where you get face to face customer service. "
"Zephyr Paintball is located in a hard to find warehouse in a industrial area. The stores staff is rude and disrespectful, except for Kevin. Most of there guns and gear are overpriced or come with defects. Returning items there is difficult and time consuming and frustrating. Overall they have poor customer service and I would recommend evike over them any day unless you want to buy some bbs really quick."
"Quick, fast, well pleased with the product. Will be shoping with you more thanks!"
"Shopping on the site was very easy and there are a lot of good deals. I strongly recommend to everyone to shop here first!"
"I ordered overnight it took 3 days!!!!!!! if that's the case I could have saved my 28 dollars "
"The website was extremely easy to navigate through. There were no error messages. My items shipped properly, promptly and perfectly. "
"Still haven't received item ordered on 12/15/12. It was shipped USPS priority mail but got lost somewhere."
"Was very fast in getting my order shipped out. Received it today. Thanks!"
"Super fast shipping, items right on the mark, will refer to all my friends!"
"This was my first time ordering from Zephyr, and it was quick and simple! Thanks so much!"
"Placed my order and got everything I needed in 3 days. Was thrilled to get some stickers included with my order for free. Good Job Zephyr I'll be back."
"This is by far the worst paintball company I ever ordered from. I placed an order for 10 "refurbished" 9oz CO2 tanks, and was appalled by the product I received. They were anything but refurbished, I had to send four of them back right away because they failed visual inspection, one was crushed, another had a bowed out bottom, and one had what sounded like metal shavings/shrapnel floating around inside. The forth had suspicious looking bubbles on the side, which in their defense could have been a flaw in the paint, but based on the condition of the other tanks I was not taking any chances. Since CO2 tanks are very dangerous, and potentially deadly, I find it totally unacceptable to send them to customers in this condition.
Talking to customer service was a joke, they just kept telling me the tanks were "refurbished" and therefore would not be perfect. I understand what refurbished means but the tanks I received were anything but. Not only did 40% fail a visual inspection but nearly all of them had old, hard, discolored o-rings on them. If a company is going to "refurbish" something at the very least change a 5 cent part! After fighting with them for a bit I finally got them to agree to exchange them at my expense, but was again assured that the replacements would also be "refurbished" so I can only assume they will be just as bad as the first batch since this company obviously does not know the meaning of the word, I think instead they are looking for "used" or maybe "scrap".
But wait, it gets better. I had the tanks filled at Dick's, since the local pro shop is nearly an hour away, and since I have had issues with them before I always weigh my tanks before and after having them filled. I marked them all down by serial number, so I can verify that they were all filled correctly before I even leave the parking lot. Therefor I know for a fact they were at that time filled to specs. Well today (5 days later) I go to have a look at them, since we are suppose to be playing this weekend. I discovered that one was totally empty, and a 2nd was slowly leaking through the valve. I tried reseating the valve to no use, I stuck each of them to my ear after weighing them in the parking lot, and none were leaking at that time (at least not enough to hear). So of the six tanks that passed visual inspection, two of them will not hold pressure, the very purpose of a CO2 tank, and again not something a "refurb" would allow to pass by.
Bottom line, the product, and company, was totally junk, of the ten tanks I ordered only four were in working condition, 40% is totally unacceptable. Not only was it very frustrating both to have faulty products and then deal with very poor customer service, but it is also dangerous to allow such poor quality and damaged tanks to be sent out. I do not want to deal with them every again, and instead of an exchange I am going to see if they are willing to just refund 60% of my order price and I will return or scrap the trashed tanks at their discretion.
Stay away from this company at all costs!!!"
"This place just sucks. I ordered a bolt and put it in my ego 10 and it won't fire. NADA the bolt won't move. I called them and they said to send it back. I sent it back and they say it fires fine in their gun and they are mailing it back to me. WTF IT WON"T FIRE! I even looked it up online and made sure it was installed correctly and it still won't fire. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
AVOID THEM AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL PAINTBALL SHOP"
