"I sent them a $2599 2007 Zepto laptop for changing the main board on the laptop. Never called me or gave me a phone number to reach him. communicates only via email...Instead tried to sell me one of his new laptops XNB Raptor, instead of putting in a new mother board. Has not returned my laptop and works out of Holland with a former Zepto colleague hiding in Texas..Don't waste your time and money on these characters. Better of buying from Dell, HP, Toshiba, Lenova, Sony, etc who are established companies...These guys bare bankcrupt and desperate..should be shut down but they do not even have offices in US"
"Received the Nox A14 within 7 days. Using a T9800 and 8 gigs of RAM and 9650GT. This is the fastest 14" laptop I have ever seen. Great customer support. Never experienced such a fast replies on my mails. If you want a unique lappie and the best customer service you are at the right address here. Owned an Alienware and Dell, but Zepto USA is the best."
"I purchased The Nox A14 so I could play the newer PC games on the market, and still have a small portable machine. After browsing on-line for a few days, I came upon Zepto USA. The prices were a bit higher then the other competitors, but I have an unique product with suburb performance! They were able to give me some student discount. I have never seen such a great customer support. They answered my emails within the hour. two weeks ago my DVD drive had issues. I sent it in for repair and I received my computer back in 4 days. I have never seen such a service. Worth the extra penny :)

"I ordered a Nox A14 from ZeptoUSA after reading all of the feedback on notebook review. I was worried based on what I have heard of Zepto in Europe but Zepto USA's feedback seemed very positive. I was very happy with the service I received. There was a delay in getting parts from Zepto in Denmark, and this was explained to me in detail when I ordered. They kept me updated the whole time on changes in ETA's for both better and for the worse. I have had no issues with my laptop since I have received it. All of my emails were replied to and if I called and needed to leave a voicemail, someone always returned my call.
Overall I was very happy."

Since it was early, there were a few small snags with the laptop that I received, but the team went above and beyond what was required to make sure that I was satisfied.
