"I ordered a printer on July 26 and chose the option on their website to allow substitution (next model up) if the model that I ordered wasn't avaliable.
On July 27th, I received an email stating both models were not in stock. My original model would be placed on backorder until mid August. I tried to check the website for availability and grew concerned one the printers were removed from website completely but just went with it.
On August 12th, I sent an email for a status update on my order. The next day the company replied with:
Good morning,
I’m sorry but we still do not have a firm ETA on when this will ship.
At this time, we have cancelled your order and the charge has been voided. I can reach out to you again once I see them available.

I then proceeded to contact the company and was able to speak with Ryan. Let's just say this young man wasn't concerned with me nor my order. Plainly stated that he no knowledge on when or if they will even receive any more printers. When I asked him about the substitution of the next model, he deliberately brushed me off without any regards to my needs. I truly hope your company offers better customer service to others better than what was provided to me. Have a blessed day and hopeful future.

I signed for my full order when I didn't. the lady who helped me said since it was a month ago

"I ordered mattress extenders and realized I had ordered one that would not fit. I re-ordered 9 more extenders of the right size and wanted to return the extender that was the wrong size. After a prolonged period and repeated efforts to get information on how to return this one item, I was sent an email with shipping information and told that the original manufacturer would charge me a 50% restocking fee!!! Zerbee basically said that they could (or would)do nothing about this as they just (apparently) take orders for the manufacturer. I find this unacceptable for an online business supplier. The extenders that I kept (12 in all!) work great and are of good quality, which is why I am somewhat satisified. But order from this company at your own risk."
"I ordered a box of labels from this vendor. These labels are only used for shipping out of the country (I am an ebay seller) so I never actually used them until a few weeks after I got them. The label material does not come off the backing. I tried to return them and they said too much time had passed so they would not help me (I ordered them around 5 weeks ago.) I will never do business with this vendor again."
