"I found the prices to be very reasonable. Definitely less than many other gaming sites. Case is very cool, and the whole thing comes ready to use. Got here sooner than I expected although I didn't get an order shipped email until after i had received it. My only complaint is that despite the testing and burn in process the CPU fan didnt work. I must say though, the customer service was very good. With some companies you have to spend twenty minutes reading numbers off the computer and the receipt before they can verify that you're under warrenty. All it took with them was a six digit number on the back of the case. Then they shipped me a new fan right away. All in all, a good experience."

"Order process was EASY online. I then got a follow-up call to add extra USB. However, it was a little delayed due to Geforce6800ultra shortage. ZeusPC did make a good effort to answer questions as they arose. I did have a few problems. The hard drives shifted off tracks during shipping. Then, the fans were not wired correctly. While on phone with CS to check wiring, we caused a hard rive failure due to power issue!! Had to send back for reset up of hard drives. THEN, Windows XP had an startup key issue. After several calls to Microsoft & back to Zeus, we were able to reload windows with success. NOW, the system ROCKS!!!
I can play Battlefield at 1600x1200 w/o lag. I also was able to play Doom at near highest level. "

I orignally e-mailed them to ask questions about what configuration would be best for my planned use of the PC. I'm so glad, because their e-commerce manager came back with a better configuration than I would have known to put together, and it was reasonably close to the budget numbers I gave him. (He also gave me a within budget configuration that was very good, but I went for the better one.) As a result, this is by far the best computer I've ever owned. It runs everything so quickly, and I'm really looking forward to testing its power over the next few months. I can't believe how cool it looks, and how neat and tidy everything is inside. It's obvious that they put a lot of care into their products.
Every new item can have some problems. When I had mine (getting the onboard LAN to work), their e-commerce manager (Nick Wynn) made himself available to me via email and phone as often as I needed help. After the problem still persisted (even after the cable company personally visited my house to try and get me on-line), he made himself available to assist me during his personal time, because that's when I could be at my machine. I don't know many people who would give customers their home phone number and work with them on their issues at 9:30pm. This company certainly went above and beyond the call of duty, and of course, solved my problem!
About a week after we fixed the issue, I was contacted by them again, just to make sure everything was still working well. You can't get much more value-added than that!
In the end, ZeusPC has given me not only a great PC that I'm proud to brag about around all my friends and coworkers, but also the best customer service I've EVER experienced. I really appreciated all of the help, and I don't see why I would ever want to use any other company."
"Excellent experience. Chose ZeusPC after comparing value and quality with sevral other PC manufacturers, and I'm very satisfied. Components are comparable or the same as anyone else, and price couldnt be beat. The systen booted up out of the box and has not let me down since. "Let me just say one thing; WOW! I mean after only owning my new F-3 tornado for only 2 days I must say that I'm still in awe on how well this systems not only preforms, but also looks. It's one thing to see a picture on the net, but once you actually own one you'll be kicking yourself and telling yourself "I can't believe I used to buy name brand garbage." I have seen a lot of "gaming" systems over the years and I have to say that alienware and dell have nothing on ZEUS. If you feel that you have to buy the xps from dell then go right ahead and waste your money, ZEUS actually let me configure my own machine and pick the features that I wanted. I didn't expect the tower to be that big, I mean now I have to look into buying a larger screen. Without a doubt I would recommend ZEUS PC to anyone intrested in the gaming world."
"If you want a short review: Zeuspc.com is the Newegg.com of system builders (ie. outstanding).
Longer version: the customer support (thanks Nick!) was outstanding, I received numerous calls and emails to keep me up to date on the status of my order. The QA process was good, they actually found a problem with my motherboard and replaced it. The sales dept. actually listened to my suggestion about increasing the variety of power supplys available (or this was already in the works), and contacted me, while my system was being process, to find out if I would like one of the newer PS's. The cabling job was almost a work of art, and my system arrived undamaged, functioning and quickly. My only gripe would be that no one checked the default CAS memory settings in the BIOS that the MB picked up from my memory APC, which were 3-3-3-8 vs. the 2-3-3-6 listed by Corsairmemory.com, but that is so minor it is almost pointless (I was going to change it anyway!). Thanks Zeuspc, keep up the awesome work!"

"We ordered a Radeon X800 Pro card after verbally verifying with the owner that the card was in stock, was the original ATI card and was ready to ship. His price was much higher than others but we were willing to pay it because it was a hard to find card. He baited and switched a "knock-off" on us after I specifically told him I only wanted the retail card (not to mention he was charging 60.00 more than the MSRP of the original). I had to return it at my expense and it was a major horrible hassle. I will NEVER order from these people again. We ordered from 5 online companies and he was the only one who wasn't honest about what he was selling. "
