"After 16 days, the item I ordered still hadn't come despite the promise of 7 day shipping. When I called, I sat on hold for 15 min until I was finally cut off. This happened two different days. An email reply first said they were closed (during normal business hours for every other company out there) and the person would follow up. He didn't until I emailed again and then I was told to call the store. That resulted in the 2nd time I sat on hold for nothing. Their webpage is supposed to let you track your order but the link just ran and ran showing a blank screen. This company is a joke. Do not waste your time.

"When confirming my original purchase of an LG Oled 65c8pua with Zibdeals.com, I was told that the TV I had just purchased used second tier supplier parts. If I wanted a completely LG TV the price would be almost $500.00 more. Stupid me, I agreed to the increased price with the promise that I would be getting a brand new, never used tv in all original packaging. The sales rep also said I would be getting a 5 year warranty.
After reflecting on this for an hour, I tried to cancel the order, but could not as I used a debit card (mastercard). They immediately had taken the money from my account, and my bank said there was nothing I could do. I filed a dispute immediately.
The TV arrived 6 days later and all looked good as packaging seemed complete and brand new. No damage to the packaging. A friend and I set it up and all seemed fine. About an hour into setup I noticed a bright vertical line running down the screen. I continued with setup and calibration, and the TV started turning itself off. The turnoffs increased to the point that it would not turn on PERIOD.
I called LG - they recommended I contact Zibdeals for a replacement as it had just arrived. They informed me that Zibdeals could just return the defective TV to LG and get "Credit" to order me a new one. I explained this to Zibdeals, and they said they would look into it and contact me back immediately. They have not. Subsequent calls have not been answered, emails not responded to.
Stay far, far away from these people. Should they actually make this situation right with a brand new replacement TV I may consider removing this post...."

"I purchased a TV for $1,349 on April 10. I received an email confirmation from ****@**** immediately. 2 days later I received another email from ****@**** with an invoice amount of $2,490. I immediately emailed them back to dispute this, but my email was immediately returned with "email address could not be found". I tried to contact them through their website, but it is the same email.
I then looked up the reviews for this site as you are doing right now and discovered 100% of people have had similar experiences and this website is clearly a scam. Immediately contacted my credit card company and was issued a new credit card. Tried to snag a great deal, but snagged a great headache. "

"I ordered a 50" plasma TV in November 2011. It arrived with a shattered screen. I sent it back for replacement. For 2 months, Zibdirect has been giving me excuses for why they have not sent a replacement, claiming that they cannot do so until their distributor returns the TV to them. That should take 2 days. It has been 2 months. I am filing with my credit card company to collect a refund on my behalf. Stay away from this fraudulent company."

"I purchased a 55inch Samsung TV from ZIBdirect one year ago and it broke down recently. When I contacted Samsung about service they informed me that the serial number indicated that the set was refurbished. The item was not listed as such on the product description when I bought it and no indication was made on my receipt or packing slip that it was not new. I emailed ZIBdirect about the situation five days ago with no reply. There is only a single sentence on the company's long general FAQ to indicate that some products can be classified as refurbished. I will inquire further but I fear legal action may prove fruitless. Please do not put yourself in this situation by patronizing ZIBdirect.

Zib Direct will lie directly to you telling you that the merchandise is new, but call in the serial # of your purchase and you will find that it is refurbished. Next, your purchase will have either no warranty from the factory or only 90 days.
Henry @ Zib will lie and say it is brand new and just a close out. Not true, call Samsung with your serial # and they will tell you it is refurbished. New, but close out merchandise will not have a refurbished serial #. Only a product that has been used and returned to the factory with problems gets a refurbished serial # once the factory has attempted to fix the problem. "

Look - we've all dealt with online purchasing out of state right? We love the no sales tax, free shipping etc. But these guys are total thieves.
I paid for a new TV. They TOLD me that it was brand new - factory sealed. Then the invoice seemed to have grown so I called - they charged a 6% 'shipping insurance' fee. I received the TV, it was repackaged and clearly not new. It was scratched deeply and had been used.
Do not support these thieves. I'm in claims right now with Amex. I will not provide invoice number as they will deny all claims once I'm identified.
Lastly - the Bizrate ratings for Zib - they all look kinda the same don't they..."
"I placed an order with Zibdirect 6 weeks ago. First week they keep sending e-mail saying I have to call AMEX for alternate address since shipping and billing address are different. After done that, call them 3 times, still nothing can be done. OK, let's send it to my billing address. OK, said great.
For the last 5 weeks, nothing sent, no e-mail, no calls, no reply. Every week I called and the answer is they are waiting for the unit to come in, once it's in they will let me know.
This week is 6th weeks that I called and waited, still the same tone/answer. I cancelled the darn order."
"Purchased 55 inch smasung TV. It arrived dammaged, I believe it was used. Denied delivery as is stated to do. Shipper confirms they have contacted zibdirect but they will not return call. Asked for refund but was told that it will happen until they get their TV back.
Every time I called the call seemed to be at someones home, now calls are not picked up. Billing is in NY but company listed in NJ. Seems to be a scam. I have contacted AMEX to stop payment and will contact New York State about fraud unless payment is in the next 24 hours. Stay away from these guys. "
"They said the product was brand new but it was in opened box.
After the order has been completed, they charged another 6% of the price of $1,848.00 for S&H that they said it was free.
Take forever to issue a refund, it's been 26 days since they received the item returned, still no refund yet. The return reason was product doesn't match prescription.
If you ever had a problem, Customer service was horrible, was put on hold for 10-15 minutes and hung up on customer.
