"November 29th I ordered 2 pillows. It is now March 14th. cCstomer service cancelled my order because pillows were discontinued. I never got a refund and I am contacting my attorney. Awful reputation and poor customer relations. Shame on you!"
"Where do I begin. Ordered a end table in May that was INSTOCK. Was told to be delivered in 2 weeks. End of June I realized I still never recieved it. Called to find out status and it was pushed back to July. End of July still nothing I had to email them and again it's pushed back to August. Again I contact the company on the phone and it's pushed back end of September. I been patiently waiting but now I had it. Again I contact them and it's pushed back end of October. I said screw this im going to cancel. I get a email saying it's processed on October 11, takes 3-5 days to receive it in my bank statement. Again NOTHING. Emailed back today October 23 and they emailed me saying it was processed today. Never again!! this company ****!!!!"
