"I ordered on 11/3/05. Today is 12/16/05 and still nothing. No reply to emails, no call backs from phone msgs, and their fax # posted is disconnected. But I am still hoping to receive my products. And if I do soon, then I will submit a retraction to my review."
"I placed an order with this company on June 2, 2003. They charged my credit card that same day and when I have called the various telephone numbers available for them all they say is that they will ship in two or three days. It is now June 25, 2003 and I have not received the items ordered.
I am very suspicious at this point. I wish I had found this website and read the comments about ZipStorage before placing the order. Had I done so, I would not have placed the order. More to follow as information becomes available."
"I never recived my order from this company, and I've noticed several others have been scamed by these people too. If you go to http://www1.ifccfbi.gov you can file a complaint with the FBI's internet fraud department. These people should be investigated."
"This shipment did not contain the product I purchased (or that is listed on the invoice), but rather another, less expensive, CD-RW which is incompatible with the application for which I directly sought it out on your yahoo shopping website. Furthermore, I cannot guarantee that this product is not remanufactured or used equipment, since it seems to have come in OEM form.
I am suspicious that this company is practicing fraud, in that it would ship a less-expensive model to me without warning in any portion of the ordering process."
"These guys suck. They messed up the order, ignored my e-mail inquiries, lied about the problem, and told me on their "live help" feature that I should "be patient because people sometimes make mistakes." Do yourself a favor...buy elsewhere."
"I ordered four SEAGATE tapes for my tape drive. The order confirmation said Seagate, the packing list said Seagate, but what I got was four SONY tapes. They should have ASKED me first before substituting my order with something different. No phone call, no email, just the ol' switch-a-roo. One of the previous reviews said they sent him a different brand of drive then he ordered, and I believe it--they did the same thing to me. Very unprofessional."
"The retailer is extremely unprofessional. I ordered a seagate USB tape drive; I recieved a LaCIE tape drive. I didn't recieve an owners manual with the tape drive, when I called I was told that is why they are so cheap. I tried to install the include software on my machine, it corrupted my windows registry and I had to re-install loosing everything on my hard drive. I then call for an RMA telling them that this is not what I ordered, they gave me the RMA number and charged me with a restocking fee. I will be reporting them to the BBB in Florida. I would not under any circumstances order anything else from these people."
