"I made my order on the 27th of march. It was an opteron, a socket 939 motherboard, a cooler for a video card, and some memory.
It was a few days before I got a call saying that my address had to be verified, though it was the exact same thing as on the credit card. After that it was a couple more days. I recieved the order today, April 1, and there was no memory in the box.
On the invoice, by the memory, someone had drawn a slash through it, and something underneath said B/O -1. I was never informed they were out of stock on the item. Look for yourself, the stupid website says that they're still in stock. The part number is 85017-30.
What kind of a business doesn't have real time inventory on their site? Better yet, what kind of business overcharges you for product, assuming you won't notice? That RAM is advertised at 193, I was charged 200. No, it's not tax or shipping.
Overall, having paid extra for faster shipping, I am very unsatsified with this store, to say the least. I even went on their website like it says to for back-ordered items, logged in... Lo and behold, it says that the memory was shipped with the rest of my order. Back ordered items are supposed to be shipped seperately, according to the email that I recieved earlier. I never got a call or email telling me I'd have to wait for an essential part of my order.
Idiots. Save yourself the trouble and use newegg.
I'll post a follow up when I can speak to someone about this mess. Who knows, maybe my opinion will change.
There is one good thing about Zip Zoom Fly. They use Fedex. I've never had UPS even half-match the service that Fedex gives, and this is no exception. Fedex is a great company, and any good remarks that Zip Zoom Fly got on shipping in my evaluation weren't meant for them."

Customer service is absolutely, positively terrible. I ordered a hard drive on Feb 4th, it is now March 30th and I still dont have a drive. If I call their long distance customer service number it goes straight to voicemail. When they call back, they say to call back on the same number! If I email them, it takes them a week to respond. No one at this company takes ownership of problems and attempts to resolve them. This is the exact opposite of the type of customer service I get from the likes of Amazon or Newegg. I may have saved a few bucks going with ZZF over Newegg, but it definitely wasn't worth all these hassles. Had I know their customer service was this awful I would have never ordered from them. I'm finally to the point where I'm just going to contact Visa and dispute the charge since ZZF has no desire to resolve this issue in a reasonable amount of time."
"No one answeres the phone and I got a call back 3 hours later. The customer service lady was rude and unhelpful in answering my simple question about color choice. No color was specified on the website for an ethernet cable despite a photo with 8 color cables. After asking a manager about color, the lady said it's up to the manufacturer to choose color. I informed her, the manufacturer is house brand, so someone should know.
