Also, my address is a PO Box, and they don't ship to them, but they called and emailed me and quickly resolved the issue. 7 days to NY is not bad, and I was pleased with the way they delt with the PO Box issue."
"I will never by from these frauds again. Purchase a system to build and called after placing order to verify in stock. Placed order monday afternoon and got e-mail verfication that the order was packed on Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday morning I got verification that the order was shipped. Logged in to their website and says all shipped. Get home and only case has arrived, all other parts not here. Call fedex and they say parts were never given for shipment. Call seller and after being on hold twenty minutes told video card out of stock. Asked how could that be and was told 'oh, the computer generates the messages you got. Gave the option of RETURNING THE CASE AND PAYING A FIFTEEN PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE ON THE CASE AND WAITING FIVE DAYS TO CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD OR WAIT UNTIL GOT KNOWS WHEN THEY WILL HAVE THEM IN STOCK. ZOOMFLY YOU ARE HORRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN."

"I entered the order on a Thursday for overnight delivery. The next day I got a message saying that customer service needed to verify the shipping address (they had shipped a different order to the same address the day before, so go figure). Customer service rep didn't leave an extension. I called back and all I got was a message saying "all reps are busy -- please leave a message and we'll call you back". I left a message giving them the address. They never called back. Order still didn't ship on Friday. Monday I tried calling them to see what was up, but the customer service reps were all busy and the voice mail box was full. Now it's Tuesday and the order is still showing as "packed". I can't cancel it. I can't get through to customer service. I can't even get the stuff from them.
These people truly stink. I will never do business with them again. I'm back to Newegg who have never screwed me over."

The shipping was late by over a week. I had misleading information from one web site to another, mixing two different models up. And to top it off one device that i ordered was broken and scratched when it arived. And when i talked to customer service they were not at all understanding. I was told that i was going to receive a call within 30 min. I didnt get a call the rest of the day, and still havent received a call. I wont be doing business again with this company. I placed an overnight order thursday morning and it still hasn't shipped now 30 hours later. Their customer support is useless; they won't even change the shipping to saturday delivery at my expense. Nor will they let me cancel the order.
Now I get to explain to a client why their critical replacement parts which I had promised would be installed and ready by start of business monday will actually take until mid-tuesday at the earliest. And why a couple thousand dollars in lost productivity isn't really my fault.
Moral: When it absolutely, positively has to be here overnight, shop Newegg."

Sent in a customer comment, they never responded. Considering initiating a Fraud Complaint with my credit card as a result. "Purchased 2gb of Corsair DDR2 533 ram. One stick was defective, and they expect me to pay for return shipping to them to replace the part. Customer service ppl are rude, blindly transferred me to voicemails, hung up on me, and just downright jerks on the phone.
I wish I never bought from them, their policies are crap.
