I called about it and was them informed my item was backordered. I was was told it would be 1 week. After almost 2 weeks I had not received any correspondence so or the item. "Placed an order for the Asus R2H on 01/16/07 with 2nd day shipping. Received a call to verify my identity and to be sure I placed the order. That part I appreciate. What I didn't appreciate was being lied to repeatedly. Was told by the customer service rep who verified my information that my order would ship in the morning. Was told by the second rep I spoke with that my order would ship not in the morning but the afternoon and to call back. 3rd rep told me the manufacturer is late with their shipment and I would not receive my order until next week! Why did the two other representatives tell me something that was not confirmed? I received no backorder or shipping delay notification. When I asked to speak to a manager they refused me. After explaining my situation and the reason for paying for 2nd day shipping I was told "Fine I'll transfer you to a manager but you'll only get his voicemail." The manager actually screens his calls twice! He has the reps decide what to put through then he uses his voicemail to decide who to help. I left a very polite message explaining my frustration and received no return call. This was not my first order here but it will be my last. Almost a $900 dollar order and all I got was " Well what do you want me to do about it?" and " The website clearly states..."
Figuring I might have missed something I went back through the original item page and company policy pages. Item page states " Please allow additional 1-2 days for delivery. Non-refundable. Exchange for defective units only." and their policy page states that if the item is backordered you will be notified by email. Were does it say "To bad for you." or "What do you want me to do about it?". Nothing I could find stated my item was not in stock and 2 reps told me nothing about it being a special order item and to expect delays. Good luck to those who continue to shop there if you ever need assistance."

"Not at all impressed with zipzoomfly.com's customer service. This is my third time ordering, but first time that I've had a problem with an order and had to (try and) interact with their customer service people. I received a stick of Corsair RAM that was defective. I filled out their RMA web form the very same day I received the item, and am now going on the 5th business day (7th calendar day) without an acknowledgement of receipt of the RMA form. Their sales policy says that all RMAs for RAM must occur within 15 days (doesn't specify business days or calendar days) of the *shipping date*, so if they continue to ignore me for the next 5 calendar days I might be SOL. I may have to phone them --- no toll free number --- but I'm starting to think I'd be better off doing the RMA through Corsair directly. I order a lot of computer products online and I will no longer buy from zipzoomfly unless as a last resort; in this case I should have waited for the item to come back in stock at Newegg."

I received my shipment but after spending 5 hours on the webcam, I was told by logitech that it is defective and that I should return it to ZipZoomFly.com. I contacted them 4 times and they never returned my call. I emailed them and they never returned my call. I would HIGHLY suggest that you do not buy from them as they will send you a defective product and then you will be stuck with it like I am. They should be ashamed of themselves. Past purchases went just fine, and I gave them top scores just two or three weeks ago. I put in an order early last week for a client, and the order just sat. I sent them a pointy e-mail this week; no reply. I telephoned today and my order is supposedly cancelled, but I don't have a confirmation e-mail yet. I asked why the web page doesn't indicate that the item is out of stock, and she said that their web site sometimes has technical difficulties and does not always indicate the correct stocking status. She attempted to find out when the next order would be in, but was unable to contact the appropriate person. She offered to cancel my order, I asked her to do so, she said she would, and said that their automatic system should send a confirmation e-mail.
Offering an out-of-stock item for sale without notifying the customer of this fact is misleading; some might say fraudulent. I suggest that ZipZoomFly fix their web site and/or business processes so that the web site shows accurate stocking level and availability.

These guys put some cheap video card into my package instead of the new Gigabyte MB I ordered. When I called them, first they demanded that I return the video card before they ship me my MB. Next, it turns out they do not even have it in stock anymore.
They never apologized and were very aggressive over the phone - it was a nightmare, I wasted a whole week ordering the motherboard again and waiting for it."
