"Site promised 2 day shipping if I used PayPal. I went through the aggravation of Yes I want to use a credit card & no don't access my bank acct. w/ PayPal and still got std. shipping. Marked item as gift. Tracking said it was suppose to arrive 12/18 so planned around that. Wife found Manufactures box on porch on Sat. So much for Christmas surprise."

"I just completed my first order at zipzoomfly.com and thought I would share the experience. I ordered a Gigabyte 3D Aurora 570 PC case at 3 PM PST on Friday 12-8 and chose the default free shipping. The case shipped out on Monday 12-12 and arrived without incident on 12-14. It was shipped in the retail box, but with a full tower case, pretty much any online store would have sent it the same way. The box did not have any physical damage, and all the parts were there. The case looks beautiful and works perfectly, so no experience with the RMA process.

Zipzoomfly's price was much better than newegg's, and I also bought some RAM at newegg on the same day. Both packages also arrived on the same day. I would definitely order from Zipzoomfly again.

"For me, it's either Newegg.com or Zipzoomfly.com. Zipzoomfly usually doesn't have as great of inventory, but the prices are phenomenal. Usually it's a great place to find rock-bottom prices on items. That, and their shipping on most items is either free or VERY low. My only complaint is they tend to have a 1-2 processing time, which isn't horrible, but VERY annoying when you want an item fast. Also, they aren't open on weekends! I can understand not being open on Sunday, but not even Saturday? That's a horrible business tactic. AWFUL. Overall, good place, good prices, but be wary if you need an item very fast. "

"I ordered a ViewSonic LCD TV from ZipZoomFly. Ad stated that there would be an extra 2-3 day processing time. Order was processed and shipped as stated via FedEx. Arrived 1 day early. Received in fine shape. Good experience. Would not hesitate to order from them again."

"Extremely poor customer service. Ordered ViewSonic TV through ZipZoomFly on 12-4, they received it 12-7. I have had 15 conversation and left numerous voice mails to inquire why it has not shipped. As of 3pm today, the 13th, it still has not shipped and no one from customer service will return my calls. At least my cc has not been billed yet.

Unless you have a few weeks extra time, I would not order from ZipZoomFly.

"I placed a order with this company the night of Dec 7, 2006 and they called me back on Dec 8,2006 and verified my shipping address and explain to me my order would be shipped that day. I paid for two day shipping to let you know. The entire weekend went by and I continue to check there website to see if the order had been sent out on Friday and it stated packed all weekend. Then I checked on Monday 2:00 EST my time figure give them some time to update their status on the website. Still said packed. I called a few times and was placed on hold and hung up on or never got any customer service rep on the phone. There phone system sucks as well as they do btw. When I finally spoke to someone they had stated they did not have the CPU in stock and that it would not be in for another week. I ask this person how can they have my order packed and ready to go and on their website have the CPU say it is in stock. Sorry but this is false advertisement. I finally explain to the gentleman that I like to cancel my order and have my funds return to me the same way I paid for them via paypal. Sure enough now it is 2 days later and the funds have not be return I have spoken to numerous customer service reps as well left two messages for a supervisor and no money refunded and no parts or anything. from Channel 11 news. I will also be contacting the Newark, CA Police Department to file a police report for theft. I will also make sure that a few forums that are well known have this information posted. I will never look for alternative then Newegg.com
