"I don’t do this very often but I feel compelled to now. I want to say how nice it is to deal with a company that has such an excellent service. Twice now over the past couple of years I have purchased items from Zipzoomfly.com. Both times I was amazed at the prompt processing of my order, the quick delivery of those products and the quality of the items purchased. The packaging was always very well done and I think you could of dropped them from two stories with out damage. I received both orders in less than a week, and I live in a rural area where it sometimes takes a week just to get a letter! I would recommend (and have several times over) Zipzoomfly.com to anyone interested in any of their products. Thank you for such fine service!

"I placed an order on a Tuesday night. Expected the order to ship out Wednesday/Thursday and for me to receive it by Friday/Monday since I paid for two day shipping.
I check the order on Friday morning and notice that the order is still "processing." I give them a call at their non-800 number and they tell me it is on hold for address verification. They state that the credit card issuer must have this address on file. I find this very interesting as the credit card issuer has had my work address on file for over a year and no other merchant has ever had a problem shipping to this address.
Frankly, this is ridiculous. I'll stick with other companies that have a proven track record of shipping things out the same day, if not the day after you place the order. ZZF can't even manage to get it out on the third business day.
They also did not contact me by phone or email and there was no update to the order status page letting me know there was a problem. While their merchandise prices and shipping costs are very reasonable, it is pointless if I never receive the product. I considered making ZZF one of my primary vendors but after this experience it sure isn't happening."
"*EDIT* Its now Friday and its still processing. A call to ZZF tell me its out of stock. I received an email stating it was in stock and it was listed in stock when I placed the order, this company is shady.
This is my first time ordering from ZipZoomFly and probably my last. I ordered an item on Sunday the 26th, and its now Dec 1st and its still processing. Calling them always brings you to voice mail. I was hoping to have this by next week as I had sold my old CPU on Ebay and I thought I'd timed it pretty well, but the fact that its taken almost a week just for processing is insane. When it finally goes through I'm still going to be waiting a week for shipping. When you order from Newegg.com its processed that day and sometimes even goes out that day."

"I ordered a motherboard, CPU and case from Zipzoomfly on 11/26/06. I continued to check the status of my order and saw that as of Tuesday it was still in processing. I called and was told that I needed to call them to authenticate my order, however, they never contacted me regarding this procedure. After I "authenticated" my order, I continued to see that my order was still processing. Now, 4 days later, my order is packed. Meanwhile, I ordered from Newegg on the same day and received my ordered 3 days later. I used the same shiiping option for both. I called and spoke with Troy (who was professional) and was told that the order was shipped and that he was sorry for the delay but it seems that even though he could not explain what the delay was, they still did not upgrade the shipping to accomodate the long delay in processing. I felt that your company should know about the practices some of your featured retailers put their customer through.
I visited your web site and found on sale via your website the power supply I had wanted to put in my new computer on 9/24/06. Upon ordering it from ZipZoomFly they shipped it to me and it was sent via FedEx who apparently decided to leave it at my residence without a signature. I never received this package and thus never got the opportunity to become a customer properly with Ultra.
I first attempted to get a resolution through FedEx who stated it wasn't their fault because ZipZoomFly didn't require a signature. I then tried to contact ZipZoomFly to get a resolution to this situation. After almost 1 1/2 months of attempting to work with ZipZoomFly the included email at the bottom was their final response. So just around $100.00 and two months later I am still not an Ultra customer and nor does it look like I will ever be, because I no longer have the funds to make the purchase of such a nice power supply again.
Anyway, I just felt that your company should be made aware of who they help sell their products to and the experience that their "near" customers get.
