"Made order on 9/28, they called for address verification, called in several times to verify and no luck. Almost a month later, product still processing and I just cancelled it, too long to wait for a product that is in stock. "

"I have ordered a number of things from ZipZoomFly and have been very happy with price, selection, merchandise availability and delivery (ZipZoomFly makes delivery tracking convenient, too).

I have never used ZipZoomFly's customer service or returned anything. Then again, I've never had to.

"wow as zipzoomfly gone downhill. I ordered an IN STOCK item on 10/5/2006 and it didn't ship until 10/13/2006. Multiple emails went unanswered and I never got to speak to anyone through their customer service line(not 24/7) FYI. I typically only order from NewEgg anyway, but NewEgg didn't have this battery backup unit.

Never again will I order from ZipZoomFly, they've lost a big spending customer forever.

"The company use to be awesome to order from. They are slowing going down hill and it is noticable in their recent ratings. I tried to order a Intel CPU from them to learn that I had to call their customer service to verify my credit card information. Everything I entered online was accurate and to the "T", they just wanted to talk to me and I had to pay the dime for a toll call. They will hold up your order for days even when you choose the fastest shipping option. I don't know what is going on or if they changed any policies recently, but their service went from fast to horrible. Don't let the prices fool you, expect awhile to receive anything from them as they are paranoid with every order and want their customers to verify orders before they ship. I will not buy from them again. Newegg is the way to go!"

Needed more HD storage and ordered a 160GB SATA drive and an external drive - got both in 3 days! (No small feat shipping to Alaska). Excellent service as always. With their added PayPal service, orders get processed/packed/shipped even faster. Highly recommend this reseller.

I have ordered from Zipzoomfly for several years. My loyalty to them is the result of great products, prices, service, and dependability. I live in Alaska so shipping has to be reasonable - and Zipzoomfly is great in that respect (other merchants penalize Alaskans for some unknown reason). My latest purchase was a widescreen lcd monitor and it ROCKS! Thanks Zipzoomfly!

"Do not shop at this store unless you like giving your money away and never receiving your product. Their customer service will do nothing to find or replace a lost package. I have personally delt with FedEX claims many times, and they are not that difficult to deal with. Their customer service will just a flat out lie, add notes to an order claiming a "claim" was started, not an investigation, and nobody will do anything beyond that. I have been forced to file a charge back with my credit card. I was planning to use this company as a source of products for my local B&M store, but they have lost my large account because they even refuse to do anything with my very first order with them!"

"Ordered a laptop, and got a notification saying it was on backorder. I cancelled the order and got refunded. They shipped it out (while on backorder), and rebilled me. I sent it back immediately, and they took a week and a half to refund me PARTIALLY. They took a restocking fee out because I had submitted a dispute with my bank. This was two months ago, and I am still dealing with this shady, ignorant company today."

"Ordered a Corsair PS, Athlon 64X2 4200+ Socket AM2 processor and a Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4 2GB DDR2 Kit on October 1 *Priority Overnight*. Confirmed with my credit card company that the charge for the order *did* go through. All of the products were in stock at the time of the order and are still showing on their website as being in stock--yet my order has been sitting in limbo at the "Packed" stage for a *week* and no one has responded to my voice mails or E-Mails. Looks like I'll have to get my credit card company to reverse the charges and send ZipZoomFly a E-Mail telling them to forget it. Good prices don't mean anything when you get poor service. BYE-BYE ZIPZOOMFLY!"

"My second order in a week. First order went smoothly and my items were delivered quickly enough. The second order was done with urgency before 8AM several days after the first order. For this order I requested expedited "2-day" shipping. Unfortunately, this order for some reason required telephone verification. I called back immediately after receiving a message from ZipZoomFly and I left voicemail verification. Still though the product wasn't shipped until the next day which meant I didn't receive the order until the next Monday effectively turding my 2-day order into a 5 day process. Somewhat dissapointing, but I did receive my items in good condition from FedEx."
