"Superfast shipping!!!Had the best price on the Crucial Ballistix 2GB kit DDR2-800/PC2-6400 Memory, that I could find anywhere.Great pricing, fast shipping(upgraded to 2 Day) Verry happy with everthing on this purchace."
"Prices, selection and out the door time have been great until we had an issue which required us to deal with their "service" department. I haven't been this frustrated since trying to cancel my AT&T long distance(That's like trying to cancel AOheLL).
FedEx misdelivered our package and I saw it within minutes and called FedEx. They verified the misdelivery but could not find the package. BTW...FedEx is the ONLY choice for shipping from ZZF. FedEx told us to call ZZF and have them file a claim for the package. When I attempted to do so it took numerous calls with incredible hold times and disconnects as well as 4 emails which were not responded to...at all. Once I did actually get a "live" body on the phone, I was told it would take up to 4 weeks to verify the misdelivey and address the problem. Huh? FedEx had already done so...call 'em and make the situation right.
Don't say you weren't warned!
We're going to give NewEgg all our business, we know they have excellent service when needed.
ZZF is a joke!"
"Great service, fast delivery, FREE SHIPPING! Always a good time"
"Everything was delivered promptly and worked.
All my orders from ZipZoomFly have been successfully completed and I've never had anything missing or defective."
"BUYER BEWARE!!! This company falsely misrepresented a product as "IN STOCK"! I tried to cancel, but no cancel button was available online! Numerous voicemails and e-mails unanswered. I FINALLY talked to someone today (9/29) who said it was shipped today. I told them I wanted to cancel and they said "too late". I have a complaint filed with the BBB of California and my CC company! LOOK OUT!!!"
"I ordered a Biostar TFORCE 6100 motherboard as listed here: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=249007
When I received my package, they sent the wrong motherboard and try to pass it off as the same by putting the product sticker of the one I originally ordered to the different motherboard they sent me. The one they sent was this: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=249010
They are impossible to get ahold of and slow as hell answering their e-mails, and they insist they sent the right one when it clearly looks a lot different from the one I ordered."
"Prompt delivery of what appears to be a quality product for an occassional use."
"Great at good prices and processing orders. Terrible at customer service. Two days to process an RMA? Then longer to process it when it is returned? The 3 times I had to return defective merchandise was a terrible experience. Three times is enough for me"
"ZipZoomFly is absolutely the BEST!! They processed my order quickly and it was on my doorstep in two days! The product was very securely packaged. If you haven't tried them yet, you will really be pleased. Very pleasant do to business with. Please give them a try!!"
"I place an order on Monday Sep, 25th for a product that their website showed ( and still shows ) as being in stock. On Tuesday my order was still in verification mode and I was forced to call them. I've ordered through them before so the verification was not needed. Later that day the order status was changed to packed. Wednesday I watched the order all day long waiting for it to ship which it never did. I called them on Thursday to find out why my package was packed on Tuesday and now it's Thursday but my package still hasn't shipped. At that time I found out three things. First, the part is not in stock even though the website claims that it is. Second, if a package sits in verification status too long it gets automatically marked as packed ( neat trick to make it look like they are doing something ). The third thing I found is that this company is completely shady. I can't believe that they are allowed to continue doing business like this. It seems criminal. Their website claims that you can cancel an order if the "cancel" button is next to your order number. I do not have that button so I guess I'm not allowed to cancel my order which is odd to say the least. This company has taken the money out of my banking account, they don't have the part in stock yet and I'm not allowed to cancel my order. I have no idea how long I will have to wait for this order, that I payed for overnight delivery, to arrive. I can only hope that if/when it does arrive that it isn't damaged or refurbished. Aren't there laws against this type of behavior?"
"I am very glad to use ZipZoomFly.com for the purchase of an AMD cpu. It was fast and efficient."
"I have ordered from ZipZoomFly twice. The first time was great, the second time (about a month later) is, literally, the worst shopping experience I have ever had. They have told me 3 times that my order has shipped out, yet it hasn't. They are nearly impossible to get in touch with, and I have called them literally dozens of times, from opening, to closing and everywhere in-between. I ordered something that had a rebate at the end of this month and it STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED despite 3 emails simply apologizing and saying that it did indeed ship. These people literally have the worst customer support ever or are simply liars. You cannot even wait on hold for a rep, it forces you to leave a message, of which I've left several.
A real crap shoot. If you want to take a chance, go ahead. Me, I'm waiting to see how long it takes them to get it right, out of interest...but they'll be paying me the 60 dollars that the rebate will have given me, I can tell ya that much."
"AVOID; THIS COMPANY WILL NOT PROVIDE REBATE FORMS, ANWSER EMAIL OR RETURN PHONE CALLS. CHEATS, LIARS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! I AM AMAZED THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!"
"I purchased an ASUS P5W DH Deluxe motherboard from Zipzoomfly.com at $30 over the standard retail price because it was out of stock at my favorite online retailer and I wanted it quickly. The product shipped on time and arrived promptly. That’s the good news. Here’s the bad…
The retail package turned out to be badly ripped on one side and the remote control (visible through the retail package) had been placed into the packaging backwards. All signs pointed to someone having opened this package before me.
My hunch was confirmed when I opened the retail package and discovered the rest of the mess that Zipzoomfly had sent. For starters, the manuals had all been used. Some were scuffed and indented, one was crumpled and the main manual actually had large hand written numbers scratched across the top. The two CD-ROMs that came with the package had a series of fingerprints on the read surface. Many of the accessories were out of their original packaging, one piece was scratched, the motherboard I/O tray was bent, and worst of all some parts were missing! Namely a power cable and the battery. I didn’t even bother to check the motherboard itself. I had already come to the conclusion that this mess was unacceptable.
One email and one phone call later I had an RMA number, so now here I am paying for shipping because they sent me a box of someone else’s trash. They honored the RMA and sent me what appears to be a brand new retail package. The difference between this package and the last one I received is like night and day. So while I’m happy to finally have my motherboard (much later than expected), I’m almost even more upset with ZZF for having ever tried to pass that box of junk off as new product in the first place.
One question that remains unanswered…why did Zipzoomfly send me used/openbox/refurb product when I paid for a brand new Asus motherboard? I asked this question point blank in an email to ZZF and never received an answer. While I in no way think that my experience with ZZF is the norm, I can guarantee you that I won’t be doing anymore business with this company or any other that tries to pass off used/openbox/refurb product as new. That’s downright unacceptable in my book.
