"I have normally had a great experience with zipzoomfly, but this time was different. I purchased some DVD-R's that showed as in sotck on 9/15/06. My card was charged on the 18th. On the 19th, the item was still shown as packed. I called customer service up only to have to leave a message. I didn't get called back that day, so right before closing house I called them back and asked to speak to an operator. He stated that the item was on back order and said he would refund my money (which I demanded)."

"Atrocious processing department and dimwitted "verification" personnel. i switched to zipzoomfly from newegg for the lower shipping rates. no more. newegg is back to my fun store. i've had an order with them sitting around from friday to a monday and got an email right before their closing monday to call them long distance to sort out a "verification" problem. the problem was no daytime phone number in the address section of account info. i had a nighttime phone number in the required entry field right below the day time phone number (daytime phone isn't required). i don't know if the dippy girl was smoking dope or just out to give her company a bad reputation but she sure cost them a customer. i'm still waiting for my order to be shipped."

"I ordered parts on a Tues., then they had to call on Wed. moring around 8am PST to verify my address, even though I entered it in twice when I placed the order, and then the order didnt ship until Thurs. I paid for FedEx 2Day, but it wont get here until Mon. b/c of the slow processing. I asked ZZF to call FedEx to change to Overnite or Sat. delivery, but they wouldnt, even after FedEx said they could call to change it. Website was great, but I am disappointed at the packaging/shipping process."
"The product I ordered indicated it was in-stock, but after I placed the order I was notified it was out of stock. I emailed asking for them to cancel the order but they ignored the email. I was waiting to get confirmation the order had been cancelled so I could order it elsewhere and get it quickly, but the only thing I received from ZipZoomFly was the product itself, 2 weeks late. It shipped 5 days AFTER my emailed request to cancel. Never got any reply to my email one way or another. The entire time I was waiting for my back-ordered product, their website STILL showed the product to be in-stock. They were unresponsive to customer service, misleading in the product availability, and outright ignored a request to cancel the order."
