"Very dissapointing. I've ordered from ZipZoomFly several times over the years, and they are consistently mediocre.

I recently ordered a motherboard from them on a Sunday night, the board is in stock and they still haven't shipped it after two days! My order is stuck in "packed mode". I paid for two day shipping and my item will get here AFTER my NewEgg order using three day shipping!

I will never do business with ZipZoomFly again. I used to use them when NewEgg was out of something, now I will avoid them and find another backup source."

"I am very disappointed in my experience. I ordered on Thursday, and followed up to ensure that the order was properly taken and processed on Friday. I was assured that it would be shipped that day. I called five days later, and discovered that item had never been shipped! ZipZoomFly promised that they would upgrade to 2 day shipping, but they sent it out regular surface mail. So, I missed my deadline. Also, it is very difficult to get through to customer support, and they don't return messages."
