It was a Samsung Syncmaster 244T. Ordering LCDs always makes me incredibly wary about dead pixels, but ZipZoomFly got it to me promptly and in perfect condition -- not a single bad pixel (yet anyway)! I have bought large amounts of hardware from them in the past as well with very positive results. I definitely recommend them."
"After a referral from a friend, I ordered an MSI GeForce 7950GX2 for a very good price and also with a good rebate. Hours after my order, I was emailed and called (at home but i was at work) to verify my credit card. I called them back and left a message to verify the card and it was shipped the next day. Very cheap 2 day shipping, and their free shipping on most products can't be beat! Fedex even got it to my house earlier than expected. Prompt service and great prices, can't be beat!"

"I ordered and bought a supposedly NEW OEM Liteon SOHW-1693S 16x Dual layer DVD+/-RW Drive. The DVD received was defective (was only able to read discs and not write them) and also had the metal case warranty seal cut ("Warranty void if seal broken").
I returned this DVD back to ZipZoomFly on my own expense for a replacement. A few days later I received the second OEM but this one was a used DVD, with multiple scratches and, again,
with the warranty seal broken. This drive seemed functional but I decided to return it since it was an used drive and the warranty seal was broken too.
The customer support representative agreed to take the 2nd drive back for a full refund.
After paying again S&H I shipped the drive back. To my surprise they refunded only 85% of the total cost (no S&H) by saying that this is the policy.
Anything that I did later over the phone or email to convince them that they cannot consider shipping me a used drive with no warranty as normal etc. lead to no positive result.
They must have saved 15% from me but lost me as a potential client for the future! It is the attitude that counts mainly, not the 15%!"

"I had been looking for a new supplier that shipped FedEX. Newegg had switched to UPS as their default shipper and with the extra cost of FedEX shipping through them made their prices less competitive. I found ZipZoomFly and thought I had found my new supplier until my LAST order. I had ordered a MSI K8T master2 motherboard, but needed the K8N master2. Well when I opened the shipping box I realized what I had done and contacted ZipZoomFly. I wanted to exchange this board for the other and pay the difference, but what they did instead was RMA the board and charge me a $30 restock fee. Well that was the last $30 they will get from me. Newegg would never treat a customer that way and from now on I'll just pay the extra for FedEX trough them."
