"Two complaints: first, although I paid for two-day express shipping, my package sat around for two days at their warehouse before it was picked up by FedEx (they sent me an email saying that my order was shipped on the fifth, but FedEx only reported picking up the package on the seventh).
Second, although one of the two items I ordered was backordered, I was never informed about this until my package actually arrived, at which point one of the items on the packing slip was marked as "b/o." They provided no indication as to when this item might actually arrive until I contacted them by email; they responded two days later."
"I really had a terrible experience with this purchase. Site said that item was in stock when it had to be special ordered. Supplier didn't have it either - more delays. When I called for an explanation they didn't have a satisfactory one. Asked as compensation to get my order shipped overnight and while they assured me it would, it was not. I'm still waiting for my purchase..."

"They used to be a favorite but not so much now. If they send you a defective item you get screwed,paying to send back then charged a re-stock fee. They have also resorted to setting up BOGUS rebates with manufacturers that void the warranty if used. They even show 2 rebates to make it look like a good deal then on the rebate form you find that it's ILLEGAL to use them both. Shabby way to do business."

"Placed a order on June 28 and paid extra for nextday air. All items where listed in stock online when order was placed.
On June 30th the order was marked as packed and not shipped so i called there customer service to find out what was wrong they said one of the items i orderd was not in stock! even though it was listed in stock on there website. I told them to cancel the order then.
They said they didn't know if they could or not because they didn't know if my order was shipped and told me to call back on Monday. I called them back again on July 3 and they still did not know if my order has shipped or not so i told them to cancel it again and they said they would and i would get a refund.
On July 5th or 6th it showed up as canceled in my account and i got my refund. This used to be a good company and i have bought from them when they where googlegear but now i will never order from them again! I'm going back to newegg."

"Well I'd had good experiences with zipzoomfly in the past so I was a but surprised by my last order. I ordered an APC UPS that was in stock. I got an email the same day saying it had shipped with a Fedex tracking number that wouldn't work. I followed up by email two days later and got no response. A week later I called them and they said the item was backordered and the shipping info was a mistake. They had no ETA for the item, which was still listed as in stock, and no apologies for the fact that I never got en email saying it was backordered. Suffice to say, I'm not going to be favoring zipzoomfly when another, more reliable, place has the same item for a simialr price."
