"This company uses independent professionals to complete their service calls. They pay very low rates, yet expect very high level technical knowledge. Calls are misrepresented when offered to the professionals ("install" does not equal "troubleshooting only"). When ZE is questioned regarding support for these out of scope calls, they simply say they are not required to provide support. If call is not completed due to their misrepresentation and failure to provide support, they refuse to pay professional and leave negative marks against the professional making it appear as if it is not their fault. This has happened multiple times and we have decided to black any further jobs offers coming from ZE."
