"I just came back from their showroom today and had my mobile shop signed up as a retail partner with Zones Trade. There is nothing much to comment about their stock products. Im satisfied with the service they are offering, including warranty, and training programs. They have almost everything I've been looking for. But I think they still need to offer a lower distributor price. The price they had in their online catalog is for retail partners as well as personal buyers. To compare both, I've seen a very small difference in pricing, which makes me think im just making a small profits. Running a small business, I was expecting a higher return in investment for every money I spent. Please reduce the price!"
"My wife review also moved me to do the same. We had 6 years experience in the business and its our first time dealing with Zones Trade Sdn. Bhd from Malaysia. We've got great price quotation couple of weeks ago from their sales department and were invited to visit their showroom based in Penang island to see the Mac products. Im not really satisfied with their 'client self serve' shipping policy to Thailand. I got huge discounts for bulk purchases but in the end i have to spend my own money to cover transportation cost from Malaysia to Bangkok. What a waste. Im Upset :("
"I just came back from their warehouse showroom today evening and was told that I can write a feedback review here. To be honest, Im quite disappointed because the company insisted me to collect all my bulk orders by myself from their warehouse in Malaysia. Today was a busy day for me as I need to call a local freight company (not to be disclosed) to arrange my pick-up for all 15 iMacs to be delivered to my computer store in Bangkok. Overall, Im still glad that their customer service could advise me on what to do with my last-minute arrangement. I've seen by myself, they have great range of products, friendly Apple product specialists, but they failed to provide a convenient shipping service to Thailand., Yet a service improvement is needed as we are looking forward to deal with this company again in the future. "
