"I placed an order on 11/14 on 11/26 I called customer disservice and was told they would call me back and give me a manufactures shipping date then if I thought it was too long I could cancel the order. Today I called customer disservice and was told it may be another week. I said that I wanted to cancel the order and was told NO it is already being shipped to a ZERO warehouse to be "inspected" and THEN shipped to me. I stated my dissatisfaction with this and the supervisor said she could offer me a discount on future orders. WOW a discount, after they have used my money for a month... what a deal! Besides I got an offer for 25% off in an email and didn't even have to get screwed for that one! My question is: how much money (interest)does this company make using other peoples money for a month at a time? If I use a banks money I pay interest, if I am late paying a bill I pay interest. Just one person isn't much, but multiply that by hundreds.Where is our interest money ZERO?"
"Have now placed four or five orders with Zoro.com, and I could not be much happier! The first order was for lexan sheets. One arrived damaged. Zoro gave me a return shipping label, and sent a replacement out the next day. The second shipment arrived in perfect condition. Subsequent orders have all been shipped quickly. I would definitely recommend them."
"They fail in communication. Cant comment about actual product or delivery. They took my money, said they had the light I ordered. Confirmed by email they had my order. 11 days later - nothing. Called, as I needed the light for install, and they said "backordered until Feb 2019" (this was Oct 2018). No call, no email, and the person at customer service acted as if this was normal. NEVER AGAIN with Zoro!"

" I decided to resurface my driveway and found that the prices charged for the Henry product line were about the best I could find. I ordered 3 - 5 gallon containers of Their driveway asphalt resurfacing material, and was pleasantly surprised to receive the entire order within three business days. Shipping was free, despite the fact that each 5 gallon container weighef approximately 50 pounds. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased by the fast turnaround and free delivery, and I will certainly order from them again should the need arise. Excellent experience, which was welcome because I was very nervous about doing this job myself. All turned out well."
"Was a faithful and repeat customer of Zoro. Then last month, needing to return an item that I believe to be incorrect, I became all too familiar with Zoro's deliberate foot dragging process in issuing a return refund. After returning the item per their instructions, I waited over 2 weeks and received no return acknowledgement. So called - was informed they had not received the return, and I should take that up with the carrier. I contacted the carrier who provided me with the proof of delivery which had occurred weeks prior. I again called Zoro with this information - they then acknowledged they indeed had received the return weeks prior - but now they would need 2 more weeks to process the same. I insisted that was unfair as they already had it more than 2 weeks. So after some supervision at Customer Service got involved they agreed they would a issue return refund immediately. Well all they did immediately was send me an email saying they had issued a refund, but no transaction record of such reach my credit card provider. I call again - now they said it would take 7 to 10 more business days for the refund to be processed - and that delay was due to my bank - WHAT???? I am still not in receipt of a refund, as Zoro hangs onto my funds via excuse after excuse as to the delay. Going forward I will chose to due business with more customer oriented companies than Zoro."

"Very little communication (two emails - you bought and it shipped, tracking from USPS) and the shipping takes 2x as long as promised. Don't expect any delivery quicker than a month (delivery 7/3 promised within 10 biz days!). Calling customer service does nothing to accelerate the process, although they are friendly on the phone."
