"TERRIBLE. The website stated the item I ordered was in stock and would arrive in 3 - 5 business days from the time of purchase. 10 business days go by and I don't have my ordered items so I called them. I was told my order was "accidentally cancelled" on the "warehouse side" of the system, even though the web tracking system said "order fulfillment pending." The rep said they didn't have any in stock when I ordered it any way and they could let me know sometime within the next two weeks whether or not they could even get them at all. I asked for a supervisor. Supervisor confirmed the same story about my order getting cancelled and that the item I wanted was in backorder status was it purchased it and that their website "is usually not up to date." She said they could contact the manufacturer and let me know when it would be available and would call me back no later than the next business day and then she attempted to transfer me back to the first rep to get my "details." I had to urge the supervisor to handle this herself and she reluctantly agreed and appeared to listen to my contact information and then told me she would be in touch as soon she "heard back from a purchasing agent." I waited three days until I called back after getting no response from anyone at Zoro tools. This next rep I talked said my story "wasn't true" and the details I listed "never happenned" and that "if you really want to wait for it, we are scheduled to have them here December 10th, I will set them aside for you." I asked if she was sure that they would actually arrive as promised and she said yes. I asked if they could be expedited or anything to get them sooner since I had so much trouble. Her response was "they will ship on the 10th." I asked her to confirm this in writing because I was already told they would have shipped two weeks ago and I still didn't have them. She said "No, but I can verbally tell you they will ship on the 10th IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WAIT THAT LONG." I agreed to wait, but am not at all confident I will receive my 1 st and probably last order, if I ever even get it, from Zoro tools."
