"Fast shipping, but a major complaint I have is WHY they are charging sales tax for out of state orders???? When I called to inquire, was told that it is required by law.... NOT TRUE, as I provided numerous examples of other merchants (Amazon, Power Equipment Direct, etc) who do not charge sales tax to out of state residence, plus offer free shipping.. The rule is - if your business does not have a physical presence (store or warehouse) in the state where item is purchase, you are not required to charge tax, unless you use this money as an extra source of revenue, which appears is what they do in this case...Is this stealing? Make your own conclusion...Will never place an order with them again...They just lost a customer over $7 extra profit...."
