"The good:
- Lots of products to choose from
- Low prices on the items I wanted
- My order was shipped out quickly

The bad:
- When I asked customer service if they could confirm a product's details for me, they refused and complained about how many orders they have every day. They almost lost my business at this point.
- After I placed my order and paid through PayPal, I received an order confirmation e-mail and another e-mail saying that an account on the ZORO Tools web site had been opened for me. This sounded great until I found out they didn't really create an account, they just sent an e-mail saying they did, so there was no way to check order status or tracking information without contacting customer service.

The weird (and more bad):
- They split my order into three shipments for no good reason. A bag of bubble-wrap shipped FedEx Freight. A small, lightweight box with a few pairs of gloves and a roll of tape also shipped FedEx Freight. A box with some insulation shipped UPS Ground.
- The freight shipping must have cost them a fortune, and it wasn't even done properly. FedEx scheduled delivery on a Friday but the driver never showed up. This is a pain since they required somebody be home. They rescheduled for Monday and the driver showed up with the bubble-wrap and a manifest showing that a package was missing. They found the missing package on Wednesday and delivered it on Thursday.
- On Tuesday in the middle of the whole mess with FedEx, UPS showed up and delivered a box with the insulation we ordered. The box was half torn open from being smashed very badly.

For the value, I would consider ordering from ZORO Tools again, but if they're spending far more money on freight shipping than what I spent on my entire order I don't expect them to be in business the next time I'm shopping online."
