"After paying almost two hundred and fifty dollars on a closet, I expected to get a perfectly new on. Instead I got a beat up front that looked like a few big guys took bats and keys to it. Needless to say, not satisfied. I wish I could submit the pictures here. Maybe I will send them to Zoro so they can address the issue of either their shipping, or their internal packaging pricess. I feel it must have been their pakcaging department as the metal was dented and rusted while the plastic around the item was still fine."

"Hi, I had needed a single contactor that was needed immediately. After lookin around I found the Zoro had what I needed and could get it to me quickly, and at an excellent price.
I placed the order and it delivered 2 days later...except they had sent an entire box (qty 8) and billed for a single unit.
One call to customer service,no transfers, the first person I spoke to was able to help. He sent me documents via email to return the miss-shipped product, thanked my for my honesty and finalized the paperwork. Then without my knowledge sent me a nice Zoro Tools hat as a thank you.(very nice!)
