"The purchase was fine but the shipping to the house was a problem. As I wasn't at home when the item arrived my wife called to tell me the box was damaged. When I talked to the freight truck driver on the phone he assured me the item wasn't damaged or had parts missing. When I opened the boxes I discovered the hardware package was missing. I called Zoro Tools but was told since my wife had signed for the delivery I had to deal with the freight line. Being in business myself I know how hard it is to get a freight line to pay for any damages. I've learned if the box is torn next time it will be refused so this won't happen again. "
