"I placed an order for an Edsal metal storage cabinet for my garage on 7/23/12. The storage cabinet was to be assembled by myself upon arrival. FedEx was the shipper. When it arrived at my resident, I found that the box was damaged. Upon opening the box, I found extensive damage to product and refused delivery. I contacted Zoro Tools and had them send me a replacement cabinet. The second cabinet was also damaged and the wrong color as well. I refused this cabinet as well. I contacted Zoro once again for another cabinet. I asked Zoro to please make sure FedEx checks the shipping box for damage before sending. Once again the box and contents were damaged extensively. My LAST call to Zoro was made on 8/28/12. I asked them if they would please change their shipping vendor. They told me they had a contract with FedEx and would have to ship through this vendor. I told them that considering the many problems I experienced with this order, It might be a good customer service to find another shipper for this last re-order. I received an e-mail directing me to contact UPS for the shipment on this order. Before I could contact UPS, FedEx called me to set a time for delivery. I guess they changed their mind on who would deliver the product. Once the 4th shipment arrived, I told the driver that if the product was not in perfect shape I would refuse the delivery. I found (2)boxes piled on top of each other. The top box was once again damaged along with the cabinet inside. The bottom box was another cabinet with shrink wrap around the box setting on a dilapidated pallet. I opend this box as well and once again found damaged metal parts. It seems as though the shipper installed the shrink wrap as a way of trying to hide the fact that this unit was damaged as well. I called Zoro Tools and told them I wanted a refund as I was totally frustrated with the entire purchase and the lack of help on their part. I recived a refund on 9/6/12. Even though the damaged products were attributed to poor shipping, I am so upset that Zoro Tools did not follow up with using another shipper after so many damaged products had been shipped to me. I will NEVER purchase from this company again! We as consumers have so many choices when ordering onling products. This company will eventually go under if they are not interested in extending good customer service along with their products."
