"There aren't too many audio/video companies listed in Reseller Ratings but I hope to change this beginning with Zotz Digital, a terrific company based out of Oregon. Camcorder purchases and digital video hardware costs a lot more than computer hardware in my opinion, or at least simply getting started requires quite an investment, usually in amounts that approach a down payment for a car twofold. As a result of this you want to be absolutely sure that you go with a retailer that will take care of you and from my first experience with Zotz Digital I was given the impression that they geniunely care for customers and I suspect I shouldn't have any problems returning or reporting problems in the future. They are incredibly easy to get ahold of either on the phone or by email and offer advice to customers freely and without judgement. On top of all this they have some of the best prices around, and are willing to satisfy customers if it means shaving off shipping costs as it was in my case. The only areas I would suggest for improvement is something that many DV retailers are guilty of and that is the fact that 1) you must contact them for prices (as opposed to computer sites where you know immediately how much things are) and 2) the search function, or product catalog could be better. But because the majority of audio/video retailers share these characteristics, I am unsure about how much I can hold this against an otherwise solid company. Highly recommended, shop without worry. "
