No customer service

"As a once upon a time loyal client, I was very satisfied with the jewee.g., delivery and just the overall expectations. I recently placed an ordered with 3 day shipping on wed. Never got notification of my shipment.. don't bother with the number that have on where to contact them. No one ever picks up the phone and they have a voicemail that hasn't been set up yet?? Lol ok.. I email numerous times and never got a response on the 4th day, I'm like ok.. at this point I want my refund. Guess what.. they honor that, instead of apologizing, rush the order to keep a happy customer. Same thing happened a couple months ago.. their service has gone waaaaaaay down hill smh"

"I ordered from them a couple of times now, their products are beautiful! I had a little bit of an issue with a bone gauge I had bought, it arrived cracked but I believe 100% that it was because of temperature and pressure change. it was a completely freak accident because these earrings are solid and good quality. I emailed them a couple of weeks later and the lady who runs the business emailed me back the next day and was very nice and professional, the earrings I had ordered were out of stock so she offered to either give me store credit or a full refund. She gave me the refund and I turned around and bought something else from them. I'd recommend them to everyone who gauges their ears or are just looking for beautiful pieces of jewelry. "
