We have sent several emails, tried to contact them online at their website, and called to hear a message to use the email to contact them.
Terrible customer service.
I thought they finally responded today but instead it was a message saying that their records indicate we have received our entire order.

UPDATE: We finally heard back from ZUKIT. They apologized for the mixup, told us to keep the towels that were sent, and refunded our money. Although the response took longer than indicated or expected, they did come through with our refund. I would use them again."
