"Got stuck in the first part of the process trying to verify my identity and was given a phone number to call. Whichever call route you take, it always ends in "leave a voicemail" so meeting customers needs live / immediately is not a something Zumper considers a priority. As far as the actual service goes, I'd question it's effectiveness because the very first form I was asked to populate had basic information (e.g., Name, SS, address) and I wasn't able to progress in the process. Something's gotta give but as it stands, it's not a working product / service"
