"I was very dissapointed in their service, I needed the Ping Pong balls in three days and as their add clearly states, shipped same day. I got up early and subbmitted the order apaying for the special rate for three days delivery. This was Tuesday, Thursday I get this email that my product was shipped, meaning that it was shipped Thursday insted of Tuesday, which ment that, I had wasted the money for the special ship and I had to travel 20 miles one way to Wal-Mart and pay priemum price for the product. When I contacted Zymetrical about the late ship, they informed that there was a highlited statement about the Thursday ship. Of course I'm not looking for a highlited add, I still do not know where the message appeared. Had they emailed or called me. I would have canceled the special shipping and would have had ample time to make other arrangements. When they advertise same day delivery and they can not deliver I think that they should go the extra mile and personaly contact the customer. "
