"I ordered two tablets and two USB keyboards, they were shipped out fairly quickly. One of the tablets had a problem, it would not charge. I worked with them and got an RMA number and will have a new unit shipped out shortly.
They check their mail and usually get back with you within 24 hours. I ordered a new tablet but the manufacturer didn't make it any more... they worked with me to get a substitute that has more memory. It should be here in a few days.
Even when problems arose, I feel that they were working to make it go as smoothly as possible. I'll be ordering more in the very near future."
