"Pros:
i have had this phone for one week now, i live in the uk and it works fine on both giff gaff and orange that i have tried in it mobile internet is fast and 3g coverage is very good wifi agai nis fast i have installed a16gb micro sd card and it has no p roblems with it at all android 4.0 is great very smooth and ea sy to use. battery seems to hold a charge much better after 6 or 7 charges easily lasting the day with normal use of the ph one i.e txt a few calls bit of mobile internet. Communication with happy deal is easy and they will do everything they can t ohelp you with answers to any questions you have which is i mpressive considering they dont speak english yet do there best to reply in very good english you will understand

Cons:
1battery seems to be useless after charging it for 4 hours it still has no life but i have emailedhappy deal and i have ever y faith and confidence they will rectify this issue,

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:
would highly advise anyone thinking about buying on of thes e phone to stop worrying and buy one they work fine in the u k and i have found its as good if not better than some of the high end phones costing big amounts of money here in the u k"

Good prompt shipping.

Than the hell broke loose.
Android pad they sent me was a cheap replica of a real thing. WiFi didn't even work.
I started the Return process which was hellish.
finally returned the item.
Now I am in saga for the refund. They giving me lame excuses like "PayPal was closed for the weekend so we couldn't issue a refund. Please check back in a week".
I'm giving them last chance to set things straight."
