I know what you are suggesting a discount price, but I thought that you must reimburse or replace the defective goods.
Currently 14 out of 20 are defect and it is well indicated on your site guaranteed for one year.
If you do not do the necessary , I will dwell in order among you and will know your lack of seriousness, it is a shame to deliver the goods with 60% of defective products and want to do nothing about.

"10/2/11 I received my order 9/12/11 - 2.5 weeks. I have upgraded my score of aHappyDeal since they rectified the situation (probably because of this post) and 2.5 wks is pretty good from Asian vendors. However, with all the frustration, I'll still leave some low marks.
8/31/11 Paypal received the shipping reimbursement from aHappyDeal.com. Will post if/when product arrives.

8/24/11 I have 7 orders with this company. All 7 good until now. The email said 50% off and free shipping. (Can produce this upon request.) I saw the shipping was $1.75. I chatted with CSR and was told to go ahead and place the order and then: "ok,if we found we really charge you more,we will refund you... since we have in this field for more than 6 years"
I placed the order and was told, "this product is special offer now,so the shipping fee is what you have to pay,sorry".
I said,"If week's special is 50% off and Free shipping, why do you say special offers no free shipping?"
Order email says: "Customers' satisfication is the first priority for aHappyDeal Ltd." I am satisfied when aHappyDeal delivers on it's promise.
I am not satisfied with a canceled order.
I am not satisfied with paying shipping.
If satisfaction is highest priority, then I'd get a free shipping credit.
CSR :i am really sorry for it,if next time you place a order from me,i can give you some discount if your order amount is beyond 200usd.ok?
