I purchased an android tablet from these dodgy guys about 3 months ago, and it turned out to be faulty. I posted it back at my expense. They have received the unit after I chased them up for a refund. It has now been almost 2 months of constant emailing to them and their help(less) desk person named Elena just keeps reypling saying that the refund is coming soon. How hard can it be to issue a paypal refund! Idiots!

I bought a cell phone watch and while I didn't expect much I did expect it to work. The watch worked almost decently until it went into power saving mode then nothing worked again until I pulled the battery to reboot it. I wrote a review on their website and it was never posted, apparently they don't want negative write-ups on their own pages. This is the second product I ordered from them, the first was an mp4 player that broke within days.

When I was originally researching the purchase I asked a question of their customer support about the differences in features between different models. I received a single reply that said I need to look at the specifications listed on each page. Horrible customer service.

The products apparently ship from China so shipping does take a while.

I contacted the customer support, and they say, they check items before dipatching, but I should not compare their phones with big brands. Unfortunately, I am not comparing with any big brands. "A bad experience with Davis Micro, Brandsdragon. I bought a smart cell phone from them but it was of poor quality. The reception signal was too weak at about 1/3 of the strength of my old phone making it useless in some areas. The GPS maps were not installed as advertised. The battery had to be charged every day as it was used only on standby. And to top it all off, it quit working on the 6th day. It would not start and it would not charge. The After Sales Customer Service at Davis Micro, Brandsdragon was polite but extremely not helpful. I feel that they have problems with negotiations and really do not care about keeping customers happy. They would not give me straight answers and would not answer any basic technical questions. Getting a refund was difficult. After complaining to PayPal they moved a little more. Going through PayPal’s procedures I finally got a full refund. PayPal was of great help !
I would not recommend Davis Micro, Brandsdragon. There are a lot more other businesses to deal with out there. I hope you find them to be better.
