"Brandsdragon/DavisMicro is a horrible company. I placed an order on Dec. 5th. Going to the US. Shipping is 7-14 days. 45 days later, I still do not have the package. I have sent numerous emails, used the chat feature several times. No one responds to my emails, and the chat reps simply tell me "I dont know." Then they end the session without a single answer for me. I puchased the shipping insurance. Noone has any information on how that works either. Completely unacceptable customer service. My tracking number gives me the message "billing information received" When I contacted them, knowing it may just not be updating...they advised me the package was never received by davismicro. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Finally was able to get issue resolved very quickly after getting the right person to help. Package was never received. Seems they have been having issues over the christmas holiday season with the shipping company that they used. Was able to get full refund of purchase quickly. "

DO NOT buy from DavisMicro. I bought a phone from them. It didn't work. I jumped through all sorts of hoops for them and it was a phone problem. I sent it back to DavisMicro and they kept saying that they didn't recieve it, then they said they did, then that they didn't again. I never received a refund. All money down the drain. "I do dropship with this company, and this company IS NOT recommended!i bought 3 package of replacement kit of Iphone for my customer in US, but he just received 1 package (with incomplete kit). I email them about this matter, but their answer just : "how about we will send the rest of the item?.." I should know better since they suddenly said "we run out of stock" after my first order is paid and processing, this order took 7 days from packaging to shipping, what a company service!! really not a company to trust for business.

"I bought this phone (WIFI W009 Quad Band Dual Card With Java Unlocked Cell Phone) two month ago. A lot of functions they claim were not functioning, especially, WIFI. It can find the networks, but just not connect. After exchange, it is the same.
The user manual is a joke. I tried to get help from the seller (Live Chat), it is waste of your time. I guess the only thing it works properly is the phone function. Why do you want to spend $100 (shipping) for a phone? Think twice before you place your order!!!
