They items were shipped out on July 19 and I received the package today (July 22). So happy to have gotten my items so quickly. I will definitely order from them again. Thank u ajudaica!!"
"I bought 6 kippot (2 white statins for the Holidays), a Magen David necklace, 4 tzitzit shirts and a talit clip for my Dad. I had it express 3-5 business day shipping on 06 April, it was shipped out 07 April and on Monday 11 April (2 days into the 3-5 day window) I tracked my package DHL said it was on hold in Germany and they don't know when it will be shipped out. I called DHL (yeah, that didn't go well) and then called Ajudaica and they promised to call me within an hour. 5 hours later, I call them back and they said they will contact their manager about the issue and a possible refund for the cost of shipping. The manager emails me and says that the package is already in America and to wait for delivery. I email back saying that it shows delivery date of 20 April and that is way past the 3-5 days delivery time I paid for. He responded and said that it could be here in time and if not they will refund me. USPS (not the method of delivery I paid for) was given the package and now says delivery date 18 April. That is AFTER Pesach begins this year and I don't have my items that I paid extra for. They were meant to be gifts that would be used for on the first night of Pesach, 15 April.
BTW, I paid 200 dollars for my goods.

"By far the worst experience I have had in online shopping, I ordered my shofar back in 5/19 I ordered it in advance to make sure it came in time for Father’s Day at it was suppose to be a gift. After a 3 weeks of no response from USPS and the company I decided to send an email i got no response after two weeks which is now 5 weeks of no response of where is my package I email the company again and USPS. USPS stated that the package had not even reach their facility, so I email the company for a refund because at this point Father’s Day is over. Long story short I ordered my items on 5/19 it’s 6/30 and I still hav not received my item. Save your money and go to another company because till this day they still have not emailed me back. "The customer service is the worst I have encountered. I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/4/19 and as of today, 1/11/2020, I still have not received it. I have been in contact with its customer service since 12/21/19 and they have been jerking me around since. They promised a refund on 12/31/19 and now refuse to honor its word. Their excuse was that the item has been scanned in in the US already (no update from USPS since 1/1/20) Now I have to contact my credit card company and PayPal to dispute this charge.
Do not order from this site; stick with reputable companies like Amazon instead. This company should be ashamed of their dishonorable practices. I will be posting on all review sites to warn others about this company.
