"I ordered a construction laser from them. When I opened the box I realized that they had sent a broken laser. I knew that it had been sent that way because there were no broken pieces in the box. Because I did not need to use the laser immediately I did not realize it was broken Until After the one month return policy. They suggested that I send it to the manufacture but given the way that they had broken the laser it would not be honored or warranted."
"I ordered a ventless wall heater from Walmart sold by this company. They sent a totally different unit than the one I ordered. I called to have the correct one sent. I was told they don't carry that unit. Eh?? Then why not say that when they received the order? Why send out the wrong one at half the cost of my ordered unit but keep my full payment? They say they are sending a return label but in the meantime they have my money and I'm afraid of an upcoming battle to get my refund. Always read reviews of merchant sellers even if you believe you are ordering from a reliable company such as Walmart. "
"They are a terrible retailer with ridiculous "customer service". They sent me the wrong item, and it was a refurbished unit instead of new like they advertised. When I contacted them about returning it, they attempted to charge me return shipping and a restocking fee! Their customer service rep then gave me the run around for weeks when trying to acquire a prepaid shipping return label. Eventually I just filed for return protection with my Credit card to get my money back. Don't be fooled by their low prices because chances are you won't be getting the correct item or it will be used. Not worth the hassle to deal with."

"I tried to purchase a blender through their eBay store. I figured I'd be fine since they had so many positive reviews. Boy, was I wrong. Upon completing the purchase through PayPal, I received a tracking number saying the package was ready for shipment. This was the only tracking update I ever got. After getting in contact with their customer service, UPS, my bank, PayPal, and eBay apparently they never actually gave the package to UPS. They created the shipping label and made it appear as if UPS was at fault for "losing the package." In the end, UPS had to reimburse asavings for losing a package which was never in UPS' hands to begin with. Apparently UPS isn't the only company they try and pull this with. Don't trust these scumbags."
" I bought a phone thinking it would be what was actually listed. Instead I received a completely different phone which was also an older model. I didnt receive what I had ordered! This is only a scam to get your money and try and slip one past you. I called immediately upon opening the box and was told that they were sorry and it was an accident. They dont actually have the product that I ordered in stock or ever had it in stock, they only listed it by mistake!!! How are you going to sell an itme that you do not have and send an older model instead. PLEASE do not waste your time with this company as I have, pay a little more and use somebody reputable like amazon, I will never make this mistake again."
"The details of the product specified a telescope, but that actual product was merely the telescope housing, not the lenses (useless). Luckily, a nice man from order fulfillment noticed this and cancelled the order for me.
That is where the niceness ended.
The following week I still did not receive my refund (for which I am still waiting) and when I called customer service the lady was argumentative, defensive, and rude. I will wait only a few more days for my refund. If I don't receive it, I'm contacting my bank and report your company for fraud."

"Ordered a $1000 camera with 2 day shipping ($60) and got a $3 lens cleaning kit, after numerous emails and phone call and being told I was a Liar after providing UPS shipping info, item weight and the fact is was ship in a UPS envelope (how does a $1000 DSLR weigh less than a pound and fit in an envelope?!) the company promised to ship the correct item nextday air. When I got the tracking number it was shipped standard ground this was 2 weeks after placing the order and paying for 2 day air. I called and demanded my order be canceled and my card credited the full amount, first they said they would not and I told them I would refuse the order and file a case with my credit card company. After talking to a "manager" they said they would credit my card but only after they did and intercept on the shipment and it was returned to them (Now they treat me like a thief)finely they credited my MasterCard back and it only took 3 weeks.
PS I had to tell them about the intercept and explain to them how to do it. Morons!!!!"
"aSavings is bothering a scam seller. I ordered an item from aSavings through newegg. Product turns out to be defective so I have to return it. I messaged them through newegg's order page and by calling their phone number on file, but no one every responds whether by message or phone call for a month. Newegg helps me contact the seller for a refund and finally have it arranged after about 4 weeks. When the item shown delivered by carrier tracking, somehow aSavings still has no update on the refund after over 2 weeks. In the end, it was newegg who assumed the responsibility and issued me the refund."

I tried to contact via the contact us form on the website, but no one has yet responded. I called customer service arodun 3 PM on Friday, and it was already closed!! Can you believe it in this day and age?
I called again on Monday and they said that this will be shipped "SOON".
I called at 9:18 again this morning. and the customer service is still closed. They are suppose to open at 9 AM... I do not have good feelings about the order... I wished I had paid a little extra for AMAZON... :-("
