I ordered on a Friday night (12/15) in hopes of getting the items for my son for Christmas. Got 2 emails (one on a Sunday!) updating the progress of my order, which was FedEx'd and should arrive (by FedEx site tracking) in 2 packages on the 20th and 21st! Absolutely wonderful service, thanks and - Happy Holidays!!!

12/29 Update: Both packages arrived, as promised, on the 20th and on the 21st- plenty of time to wrap the items and put them under the tree. Unfortunately, another order I placed, at the same time, to another company (Snap-On Tools online) didn't arrive until after Christmas. . .
