"Looking for a processor heat sink and TIM on PCPartsPicker this retailer came up with the best total price for both items. I have never ordered from them before but since they don't charge sales tax to my state and shipping was free I placed an order with them. I received a sales receipt email from them, but no follow up email as to when the order shipped or tracking number. I had to register on their website to see the tracking number. They shipped the order by UPS SurePost. From the UPS website, "UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service."
The only sure thing about Surepost is that the USPS tracking number from the vendor's website did not show up on USPS tracking until the day it was delivered, 6 days after it was shipped.
The box the items where packed in was severely dented but luckily the items were not damaged. There was no invoice in the box. The box had UPS and USPS tracking numbers on it, but only the USPS tracking number was on the vendor's website.
Would I order from them again. Maybe, if the price is right, but keep in mind that they use UPS SurePost for their free shipping, and they do not email you the tracking number.
