"I bought a watch for about £40. It looked OK but I couldn't adjust the time using the adjusting knob. I reported the fault and was asked to send a video showing the fault which I did. After several emails, I was told to return the watch by recorded delivery (at my expense) which was going to cost nearly £50. I reported this to them and that was the last I heard about it.
You live and learn ..... or at least I did.
Please don't make the same mistake."
