Great Things and Service

"I stumbled on this site looking for some interesting art and love the brands they are working with. I bought a piece from "Mineheart" and loved it! It is a great conversation piece. I lost my order number and the customer service team was really nice about getting me my information. Its a bit of a rabbit hole of great things. I will be ordering a pewter flask soon for my husband and some yoga gear for me!!"

Beware of Misleading Product Posting

"I recently ordered what I thought was a Purple Clay Coffee Set from AHALife. The Page posted Purple Clay Coffee Set $129.00. I clicked through the pictures posting price remained the same. I read the product description which matched the pictures displayed. In the description it indicated that the coffee pot did not have a press but the coffee press did. The custom button indicated coffee press. Beautiful looking set. I pressed the add to bag button.
This purchase was a birthday gift for someone that is a coffee fanatic. On her birthday she called to thank me for the coffee press. When I asked if everything arrived she indicated that only a coffee press was delivered.
I contacted AHA, customer service, the following day customer service indicated that the $129.00 was for the coffee press only. Customer service acknowledged that the web page was misleading and had been pulled down to be edited. They advised me I could return the coffee press.
Long story short, they offered a discount if I wanted to purchase the other pieces of the set. I will be purchasing the additional pieces from another vendor. After this experience I could not in good faith direct another dollar to AHA.
A good lesson on how important good customer service is and one that AHA has yet to learn. I would advise great caution when ordering from AHA as they clearly only care about the short term click of your credit card.

Misleading and deceitful

"I have had a couple of awful experiences where they have outright lied to me. Latest one was an email for a “site-wide” sale, but then the single item i found was “not eligible”. I will never use them again and recommend you dont waste your time either. "

unique gifts

"I've shopped on ahalife for a while now and i've always had a pretty good experience. It looks like they've updated their site recently as thehir homepage looks better than that one before with the weird newsfeed.
I love the fact i alwasys find something really cool and unlike anything in the stores these days. I think they've even upgraded their search too can I seem to be able to find stuff a lot quicker. People complain about the shipping time but they need to remember it's a marketplace so you get your things straight from the designer who is often based overseas

Wouldn't honor published price!!!

"Received their AHA100 gift catalog yesterday and tried to order an item listed online....online price was different, called about it and was told that the listing was an error. I was offered a "peace offering" discount which amounted to nothing. After purchasing 4-5 big ticket items in 2016 I was less than pleased with the whole "error" story, I spoke with customer service supervisor, Neil, and informed him that I would happily pay full retail for the item I wanted but that I would be doing it with another business and would not be visiting AHA Life again! Very poor customer service!"

Pooooooooor Communication

"Ordered something on Aug 2nd, said should deliver in about 2 weeks. After 16th I started asking for the tracking that never showed up by leaving notes via Contact US. About 2~3 times and no one get back to me ever.
About noon on 18th I got a tracking number finally, but that number never worked..... So I called on the 24th. A guy told me he had to check for the correct number and email me soon. Well, that email never showed up either.
Luckily, package delivered late on the same day (24th). Item condition wasn't perfect but I rather not deal international return with them...

Two week delay in refund

"Bought suitcase, and returned it for poor quality (in retrospective, the description on the website was also suboptimal). Got the return label without problems, but once the item was received by AHA, it took them a declined chat message, unanswered email, and finally, a paypal claim, to refund the purchase....all this 13 days after they received the item back. The original delivery was two months delayed, but they did call me in person to verify I was still committed to the sale. But the overall experience is not acceptable. Do no shop here. You are at high risk of losing your monies unless you use another payment system to protect you, like I did."

No free gifts

"Beware if they advertise free gifts with purchase. Especially with free "express shipping". Express actually mean almost 2 weeks and free gift means they're not shipping it and they'll send endless evasive emails"

"I order high-end fashion jewelry online and Ahalife.com is the only online store i would not buy from again. I ordered 2 pair of Darya London earrings from them because their prices were good, shipping was free and I had a coupon for money off, but when the earrings arrived they weren't as described or the size listed, something I haven't had a problem with, with other retailers. The earrings are nice(at $110 a pair) and i decided i didn't want to return them but i did contact Ahalife to let them know that these earrings were not as described. they did contact me asking for pictures and more information which i supplied and then no response from them. I did write in my response that i wasn't looking to return them but they did not even acknowledge my email until i again wrote to them and mentioned that their site still listed the wrong size and I'd sent them a picture with the earrings next to a ruler. these are the exact words taken from their next response " Most of the information listed for our products comes from the designers themselves. Many times, this information is out of date or not entirely accurate ".............. so they know the descriptions are incorrect but sell the stuff anyway ??????? and even after receiving proof of the correct size, as i write this , their site still lists the incorrect size (the earrings are 2 1/2 inches long NOT the much larger 3.8 inches they have listed.)When I buy something online i expect it to be as pictured and described. one pair of earrings also contained different colored crystals then what was pictured on their site. If they can't even update their site to reflect the correct information when they receive it and they know there is a chance they are working with designers who are also liars , well why would i return to them for a future purchase ? in the past year i have spent a few thousand dollars online buying designer jewelry from all over the world. this company is fairly new and as the other review stated you will be bombarded with spam, but never again. I'd like to add that Darya London has their own site, which i also contacted and received no response from at all. oh well............."

"I ordered something from ahalife.com on Sunday May 3rd. They told me it would take 4-7 business days to ship. Four business days later, they told me it would take an additional 4-7 business days to ship. I live 15 miles from where it's being shipped from. So, if you don't need your product this year, they're probably fine. But if you do want to see your product within the next few months, I would not recommend ahalife.com. They have been sending me a lot of spam, so if you like spam go for it."
