"I tried to buy a washer and dryer; I knew the units I wanted but I had a great deal of trouble ordering them. I kept getting messages "Your cart is empty" no matter how many times I tried. Finally I think I got it through but I really won't know until they show up. One item that was supposed to be included wasn't (that is, I was charged extra) and the other item wasn't as described although the price was the same. So I am not sure I am getting the right item. I finally just gave up and ordered it anyway. I have spent 1+ hour on this simple transaction!
