"I purchased an expensive dishwasher, the Miele Dimension EcoFlex G6745SCUCLST, from AJ Madison. Buying the machine over the phone was fine. The salesperson, Grace Kohl, was very knowledgable and helpful. All good until the long drawn out experience of having the machine installed. There are 2 companies that AJ Madison recommended for installation. Factory authorized from Miele and NEHDS. Miele service was not available for several weeks so I was left with little choice but to use NEHDS. HOW DIFFICULT CAN A DISHWASHER INSTALLATION BE???? The service people from NEHDS seemed very nice but are incompetent. They scratched the new machine, installed it so that it was not flush with the surrounding kitchen cabinets and broke the kick plate. They came back out to fix the issues. They did, after I insisted, realign the dishwasher to be flush with the cabinets. The service person from NEHDS told me that the reason that the front kick plate broke was that I needed to order a 3" kick as the one that came with the machine was 5". Looking at the installation instructions it was clearly noted that the kick panel is designed to be cut down to fit, not as I was told. Contacting customer service at AJ Madison was/is a nightmare of being told one thing and finding out another. Madison's customer service told me, after a month had gone by, that they would send the Miele service people out to make the changes, new dishwasher front and correct kick installation. Miele's service provider contacted me to make the repair and told me that the work order clearly stated that the repair had to be paid by me. Several hundred dollars. When I spoke with The Miele service company, Absolute Repair, Inc., and told them the saga and shoddy customer service, they told me that they would call me back. 20 minutes later they had authorization by Miele to make the repairs at no charge to me. The repair and quality service had nothing to do with AJ Madison. Heather Barton from Absolute Repair, Inc. ***-***-**** is an amazing advocate.

I had tried to have the dishwasher returned by AJ Madison would not take it back.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT AJ MADISON.
