"The price of the oven was good but the delivery was hideous. The trucking company personnel did not respond to two emails, when I called they hung up on me twice. Then they delivered my oven on a day I told them I could not be here then wanted to charge me $75 to redeliver. When I called AJ Madison customer service instead of listening to me she immediately put me on hold and said she would call the trucking company. Then she comes back and said but they tried to deliver. I told her if you could listen to my complaint now before you try to deal with the trucking company you might understand the situation. Wanted an oven before Thanksgiving and now it will not happen. It's been 1 month today and the oven is still not here."
