"My order number is #66895202-1. And I never received it. I placed the order on 12th of June. And I chose priority international mail as the shipping method. Later when I checked they haven't even a clue on what shipping they were using. Later one person agreed that they did use standard shipping and refunded me 5 dollars from a order of 45.39$.
When I informed them that I didn't receive an order even after 6 weeks I was kept telling that I got a fully refund. I gave them details of my PayPal transactions to show that's not the case. Then a customer service person named Sumo Murmu keeps telling me they did a fully refund but failed to give me details of such a transaction on PayPal.
I lost more than 40dollars because of this scam of a company. And I don't think customer service persons even have a clue on what's going on. They are not even in USA where the warehouses are but in India."
