"Do not order from this company. I originally ordered from Filters4Life.com and they immediately charged my credit card. Requested the order be cancelled and refund 2 weeks ago and have not received a refund. I found out Allkindsoffilters.com is the same company, only after placing a 2nd order. I requested a cancellation of that order as well and a refund. I have escalated the charges to my credit card company.

"I placed an order for a two pack of filters from www.allkindsoffilters.com. They immediately charged by credit card and I received an invoice via email. 11 days later, after not receiving any filters or an email showing the filters were shipped, I called them to find out the status. I was told the filters were on backorder. When I asked why no one contacted me to let me know, he said "my bosses have instructed me to not do that"! Excuse me, but an email or phone call should have been the first thing that is done when it is found to be on backorder! I was then told that someone will call me back when they have an estimated date of shipment.

Ten minutes later I get an email that says that "the vendor has not indicated when they can ship us the filters you ordered. This order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund of $xxx". So I waited 11 days, for filters that should have arrived by now, to have an order be cancelled! Great customer service here! I would suggest you shop elsewhere for your filters! By the way www.allkindsoffilters.com and www.filters4life.com are the same company. Looks like they have a history of poor customer service based upon their BBB history! I wish I would have seen this before ordering. Beware purchasing from these guys!

I have now verified stock and purchased from www.discountfilters.com at a lower price shipping included! They also have customer service that was great to deal with unlike the other company!
